About Waves
Waves is a large duplex apartment that sleeps up to five guests and is located in the popular village of Stoke Fleming. You enter the building through a marble tiled communal hallway with entry-phone. You go up the stairs to the 1st floor Waves front door opens into a hallway, with WC/cloakroom. Walk through to the light, spacious open plan living/dining space, with a large L-shaped sofa, comfy armchair, and dining table for 5. There is a computer desk with an iMac for you to use if you need to get a few hours work in while away too.
The modern fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, Nespresso Coffee Machine, kettle and toaster. From here you can walk out onto the spacious private roof terrace with barbecue, outside sofa, table & chairs and deckchairs. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms (1 with king-size bed, & 1 with full size single bunk-beds & a single bed), & a family bathroom, all with sea views.
This warm & welcoming family-friendly apartment has been designed and decorated to an extremely high standard in a Coastal theme, with sea-washed colours, blues, whites & greens. It offers very well appointed accommodation, including LCD TVs (sitting room & master bedroom), a DVD & video player, a Wii console, hairdryer in bedrooms, and fast broadband internet access. There are plenty of games, toys, DVD's, videos, books and magazines for when you just want to stay home and relax.

There is an allocated parking space with the apartment in a private car-park adjacent to the building, and a small communal garden just beyond the car-park which gets the sun late into the evening in summer, with a "summerhouse" and sea views.
