How to book The Old Butchers
To make a booking please email us with the dates you are interested in. If they are still free we will provisionally hold the dates for 24 hours. If a booking is made 8 weeks or more before the booking is due to start it must be accompanied by a deposit of a 1/3 of the rent. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the full rent must be paid at the time of booking. We will then end you a booking form and when you return to us with your deposit we will confirm your booking. Payment is to be made by Bank Transfer. Once the deposit has been received, a detailed confirmation letter will be sent to you. The Old Butchers can be accessed from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure (unless free and by prior arrangement). Please advise of expected arrival and departure times.
