Location

The Annexe is located in the popular coastal village of Stoke Fleming, a traditional village overlooking stunning Start Bay. There is a popular village pub, The Green Dragon and an Italian Restaurant, Trattoria Spaggia. The village shop & post office has fresh organic bread daily, & locally supplied vegetables, meat & dairy, and there is a large village park with a fantastic children's play area. The Southwest coastpath runs right through the centre of the village, and the popular blue flag Blackpool Sands beach is less than a mile down the hill. The historic port of Dartmouth is a short 3 mile drive away, or a beautiful hour walk along the Southwest coastpath. Dartmouth is a picturesque deepwater port at the mouth of the River Dart, and is world renowned for its sailing. The ancient, narrow streets house some excellent boutique shops, art galleries & delicatessens. The newly renovated cobbled market place features stalls and regular farmers markets supplying local produce all used by Dartmouth's many gourmet restaurants, pubs & cafes. Dartmouth is a beautiful, popular town, with a huge number of events and festivals throughout the year.

Local buses - The number 93 Bus travels hourly between Stoke Fleming & Dartmouth, and Stoke Fleming & Kingsbridge along the beautiful coast road. Ideal if you want to walk along the coast path and not have to double back, or to get into Dartmouth without the hassle of parking your car.
